The Process
Each Project is as unique, as are Diana's Clients. During the on-site consultation, Diana discusses
fully the parameters of the design. Digital photos are taken before and after, and preliminary pricing and
budget are also discussed at this time. When pricing a Mural, there are various considerations including
the location and distance to the project, the size of the space to be painted, the degree of difficulty,
the complexity of the design, and the amount of detail involved, the materials needed and the estimated
time required for completing the project. As well, additional costs such as concept sketches, travel
expenses, scaffolding or specialty paint materials need to be considered.
A quotation (including g.s.t.) for the discussed concept is arrived at and presented to the client.
Upon approval, a 30% deposit is secured and a mutually agreed upon date is set to begin the project (usually
2 weeks in advance). The remaining balance on the quote is handled in two equal payments, one at the
mid-point of the scheduled work and the final amount on the day of completion.
Finally, there will be a finished project that both Diana and her client will be proud to show!
